The Second ACA requirement is that employers with 50+ employees must offer - but are not required to pay the entire cost of an affordable MVP. Minimum Value Plans offer substantial coverage for inpatient hospitalization and physician services under which the plan's share of the total allowed costs of benefits is at least 60%. Our MVP meets the criteria of an ACA-compliant Minimum Value Plan.
To get more information about a tailor-made MVP plan for your business, select the MVP checkbox during enrollment. Remember, the PPO MVP Plan only available to companies with 50 employees or more.
